Knock at the door,
I can see you,
Feel you,
In heart and soul!
Before you die,
Taste the waters of life,
To satiate your parched throat,
For the last time!
Before you die,
Look at the sky,
Reduce the distance,
By extending your arms!
Before you die,
View the bird in the tree,
Covered with green foliages,
Listen to its twitter!
Before you die,
Hold your beloved’s arms,
Promise her to be –
In the next birth!
Before you die,
Look at the horizon,
Watch the yellow sunset,
Which promises to rise again!
Before you die,
Touch the blooming flower,
Amid the river,
Symbolising the pulse of life!
Before you die,
Listen to the brook’s song,
Eternal –
Flowing through the generations,
Forever!
Before you die,
Focus on the waves,
tantalising –
Strike the shore,
Break into beams,
To unite again!
Before you die,
Follow the creepers,
That make their way,
For a totality!
Before you die,
Smile once –
To forget the grief,
Torn apart your mind once!
Before you die,
Fold your palms ,
Before the God –
To bless you,
With everything of the world!!
