I want to die under the starry sky,
The stars descend to sing the eulogy,
The waves lash against the grey shore,
Breaking into tiny droplets –
Appear on my forehead,
To congratulate me on au revoir!
I want to die,
The face on the wall haunts day and night,
The mirror giggles,
Jeers at me,
The furniture dusted,
Claustrophobia!
Whispers and beams with smile!
Unbearable sights,
Welcome the end,
With a bit of grace,
To garland me with its icy hands!
I want to die,
The lover betrays my realm,
In some other arm,
In the best outfits,
The music spreads far and wide!
The eyes touch,
The skin radiates a glow,
Incorrigibility reigns supreme!
The lips lock,
The waist wanes,
The honey dew touches the feet!
I want to die,
I cannot breathe,
in the open air,
bask in the open sunshine,
talk to the flowers,
glance at the dews on the grass blade,
The unbound doe –
making love,
The trees wave,
blush in youth,
take delight –
in an unobserved verve!
I want to die,
like the broken casement,
like the eyes meant for none,
like the ears turn deaf,
like the taper forgets to burn,
like the mind never ignites,
like the loneliness creeps maliciously,
like the elegance melts into ugliness,
like the evening fades into the darkest midnight,
like the soul loses its virginity,
like the moments never come by!
I want to die under the starry sky!!
