You are the source of inspiration
Because you give light of education .
As a mentor you build the pupil ,
The task is not easy but uphill .
Like the Sun you shine ,
Love and respect are woven fine .
Still there are learners on the benches back ,
Power of learning they lack .
Hide their heads behind the other ,
They learn or not you don’t bother .
They are not different but a little slow ,
Unable to grasp and their faces do not glow .
Often you shout at them , call them naughty ,
You talk badly about them and become haughty.
Teacher , I implore you not to disdain them
Rather stretch your hand of love and never blame .
I assure you a little care and affection
Will change them into perfection .
Let them feel that they have the guts
And just like squirrel can crack the nuts .
